In my statue, Ganesha is holding a dagger in one hand. The thin, razor sharp, curvy blade reminds me that it is sometimes hard to live a good, righteous life - the path can be narrow and winding. Another hand holds the trident - with three spikes. These remind me of the three powers of Ganesha - his love, his wisdom and his action.
